Okay, I'm with you for most of the movies, especially Three Colours and Y Tu Mama Tambien. But if you haven't seen The Professional or Nikita - you should really look into it. They are very well done.
Is this a list of your top ten currently? Or of everything you've seen/listened to up to now? I find whenever I make a list of my top favourite whatevers, that it changes a lot with my mood/interests.
Yeah, I knew at the time of writing the list that I wouldn't get everything I loved into it. The professional would definitely be a top 10 film - and a film that I've probably watched more than any other... Maybe 20 - 30 times? Gary Oldman plays the most amazing bad-guy in it.
The music one was much tougher: I could write one now and it would contain a whole list of other albums - a couple by the Beatles and some Jazz stuff for instance - but those ones that I listed are some all time favorites.
Yeah, top 10's definitely change dependant on mood and interests - that is why I called the entry "time capsule", because it was meant to encapsulate my top 10 then and there. Hopefully, I will be able to come back and read it in 10 years time and laugh at myself.
